We're now on the lookout for a **Support Supervisor **to join our New Home Care team.

Reporting to the New Home Care Area Manager, you will proactively take ownership of assessing 90-day and Service claims for their area through our online client portal, during the New Home Care stage of the client’s journey.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Effectively assists clients as the first point of call in New Home Care.
- Ensures timely assessment of claims, aiming to process within 48 hours of the client uploading to the NHC portal.
- Engages in direct communication with clients to discuss assessments and answer any related questions.
- Maintain high-level customer service ethic with internal customers
- Monitor portal 90-day entries to assess the quality of homes handed over to clients
- Report any reoccurring issues to the New Home Care Leadership team, to discuss changes to be made during the construction process
- Ensure that construction trades are accountable for the standard of work
- Engage with the construction team to ensure that incomplete construction items are completed
- Manage cost expenditure in the best interest of Porter Davis Homes
- Manage safe working practices and ensure all company OH&S standards adhere
- Ensure suppliers have adequate insurance, licences, and police checks
- Ensure that weekly portal number targets are met, as specified by the New Home Care Leadership Team
- Ensure that all portal items are assessed within specified timeframes
- Seek to share knowledge with others by assisting other team members to help in the smooth coordination of the customer journey

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally were seeking a passionate individual who has knowledge of maintenance/warranty and possesses the following:

- Understanding and commitment to relevant OH&S regulations
- Knowledge of Australian Building Standards and Tolerances
- Ability to manage customer relationships
- Capability to manage and motivate staff/trades
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High focus and experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- Sound computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High-level organisation and prioritisation capability
- Ability to work to conflicting deadlines and problem solve
- Sense of urgency, flexibility and strong initiative
- Understanding of building standards and tolerances
