**About the role**

This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Professional Service Team to ensure the delivery and success of the company’s customer service strategy.

This role will support the Service Delivery Manager, Field Service Contractors and Business Development Managers.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Organising and scheduling resources to fulfil project requirements.
- Create and maintain projects and tasks within the project management software, scheduling tasks and projects in association with the Service Delivery Manager.
- Project Coordination: monitoring jobs and resources, raise concerns and escalate incidents, support recruitment and selection, continuous improvement activities.
- Manage and support Professional Services technicians and contractors.
- Coordination/scheduling Professional Services roster to ensure a maximum utilization of technical resources based on skillset and workload.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager with administration support.
- Book and organise travel, accommodation and vehicle hire for staff and projects.
- Ensure technicians submit timesheets & expenses accurately and in a timely manner and verify this information before submitting through to Finance.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager with managing stakeholders.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or Administration role.
- Expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate and Self-motivated.

**Desired Requirements**:

- Previous experience in IT Services industry.
- Experience in Project Coordination.
