Experienced medical receptionist required for expanding Medical Practice located in the stunning Hunter Valley - Cessnock.

**Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To**:

- Greeting patients
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Processing transactions
- Accurate data entry
- Answering telephones
- Faxing and scanning

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience with Pracsoft and Medical Director preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to cover weekend shifts. Sunday's initially with the view to expand.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
