Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Live in or near Cessnock including surrounding suburbs Aberdare, Allandale Bellbird, Branxton, Ellalong, Kitchener, Laguna, Oswald, Pelton, Rothbury.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday (2 Weekends a month is required)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:
- Open to Experienced candidates
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours perfortnight + flex up hours.
- Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
