**The Opportunity**

As the Transformation Analyst within the Newcastle Finance Shared Service Centre, you will be part of an experienced delivery team and will report into the Finance Shared Services Transformation Manager. The role will b e accountable for driving incremental improvements and the development of globally standardised, efficient and effective processes in association with the operational managers in Newcastle and their counterparts in Manila.

**The Role**:
The role involves supporting stakeholder management by maintaining strong, transparent relationships and managing expectations effectively. Additionally, developing and maintaining essential documentation such as process flows, standard operating procedures, control documentation, and project timelines to promote various initiatives. To also play an active role in facilitating Transformation team meetings and workshops to drive successful outcomes.

Promoting incremental improvements across the finance delivery teams by contributing to all aspects of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) offering, ensuring continuous enhancement of processes and performance. Actively promote the standardisation of finance processes across the community, aligning the operations of both the Manila and Newcastle SSCs for consistency and efficiency. As a knowledgeable and concerted team member, participate constructively in all initiatives within the Newcastle teams operating within appropriate frameworks for planning, scheduling, quality reviews, governance, and risk management, while also tracking the progress of transformation efforts to ensure delivery against objectives.
