**Your role in our future.**
Reporting to the CEO, this important role will have a range of responsibilities to the Peter Mac Board and various sub committees, to ensure effective Board and Committee processes.
The Board Secretary manages and coordinates all Board activities to support the Board in meeting its statutory and governance responsibilities and provides corporate governance advice to the Board.
Key requirements of the role include:
- Demonstrated experience in servicing high level committees and Boards and a detailed understanding of governance frameworks
- Significant experience in the health sector or other complex service environments
- An understanding of the health environment, its influencers and drivers
- Project management skills and the capacity to manage competing priorities
