Spring Mountain, Australia Hope & Care Community Services Full time

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers — or those with a strong interest in the field — to join our team in the **Spring Mountain** and **Augustine Heights** areas. **Manual handling experience and the ability to follow safe work practices are essential** to support the needs of our participants.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or other relevant qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in disability support is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement.
- Availability of a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepover shifts.
- Possession of an open driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Respond to clients’ needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives.
- Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
- Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.
