**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**The Position**

Jiang Law is seeking a law graduate to join their sole practice. Working in multiple areas of law, Jiang Law will allow a graduate to experience a variety of practice areas.

The position is for an initial contract period with the prospect of a full-time role at its conclusion. It is suitable for law graduates or those who have commenced Practical Legal Training.

**About the Role**

The duties of the position will include:

- Drafting legal correspondence and Court documents;
- Conducting legal research;
- Meeting and liaising with, taking instructions from, and providing legal advice to clients;
- Managing files and assisting a senior lawyer with matters; and
- Shadowing a senior lawyer in Court.
