We are seeking an experienced **Audit and Risk Manager** to lead the City’s internal audit and enterprise risk functions. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, delivers high-quality governance outcomes, and can influence strategic decision-making at the Executive and Council level.

You will oversee audit delivery, strengthen enterprise risk frameworks, and guide a small, high-performing team to embed a culture of accountability and resilience across the organisation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Extensive experience leading audit and risk functions in complex public or corporate settings
- Demonstrated success in advising Executives and Audit and Risk Committees at a strategic level
- Deep knowledge of enterprise risk, internal control, and audit frameworks
- Full professional membership with IIA, CPA Australia, or Chartered Accountants ANZ
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on developing talent and driving organisational capability
