As a Leader of Inclusion, you will work within school sectors to assist the school leadership team to develop and effectively implement cycles of mentoring to enhance the capacity of teacher's embed the schools pedagogical framework to deliver quality, researched based teaching and learning with an inclusive focus. In consultation with the school leadership team, you will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks: **Teaching in Queensland**: The department is responsible for the delivery of quality education services to all Queensland students in state schools and recognises teachers and their commitment to teaching through a range of rewards and benefits.
