At Pacific Pines State High School, you will play a support role in delivering the vision of the department to improve the educational outcomes of students in State Schools by facilitating and supporting the training, planning and effective implementation of Inclusion at the school level. **Duties will include**: - Identification and tracking of students listed in the current NCCD register and their adjustments for academic success - Collaborate with staff to identify potential students that may need to be listed in the current NCCD register - Oversight of collation of evidence for students listed in the current NCCD register - Build positive trust with teaching staff to create the optimum learning environment for students with a DDA by ensuring the provision of agreed reasonable adjustments - Liaise with and support the Engagement and Wellbeing teams - Support a culture and common language of differentiation - Support strategies and structures for 'student voice' **Teaching in Queensland**: The department is responsible for the delivery of quality education services to all Queensland students in state schools and recognises teachers and their commitment to teaching through a range of rewards and benefits.
