This role is responsible for providing high levels of administrative support to the Group Sales team where you’ll be regularly reporting, maintaining key stakeholder relationships and coordinating client events across our dining, hotels and functions.

**About your new role**
- Primary focus on client management, inventory and diary management for the Group Sales team
- Coordinate contract process including blocking space, loading rates, updating activities and storing contracts for distribution to key stakeholders
- Manage sales activity updates, sales planner and client entertainment spreadsheets timely and accurately
- Provide proactive assistance to the Group Sales team by preparing invoices, tenders and proposals as required for daily meetings and tasks, events and travel.
- Ensure customer service delivery is timely and effective, meeting both the (internal and external) customer’s needs and corporate standards

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong experience in an administrative role (hotels and hospitality environment advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management
- Experience in reporting, analytical review, and MS Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of The Star’s hotels and event services across our properties is essential
