We are currently looking for a Workplace Technology Associate to join the team at our head office in North Strathfield. This is a customer centric role and is pivotal to the success of Digital Business & Workplace Technology team. The primary objective of this role is to manage the Tech Centre, engage with customers to help train, educate, and assist in their technology needs. This includes providing onboarding training, documentation creation and hosting ongoing technology information sessions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing Tech Centre administration, management and 2nd level end user support
- Completing induction training of new employees and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Providing end user coaching and training and hosting of tech information and ‘How to’ sessions
- Drafting end user guides, technical documentation, policies and procedures and administration
- Ensuring elevated support for ALT, EAs and Directors
- Providing support on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, in addition to managing and supporting an AD/O365 environment
- Providing technology support for shared workspaces and resources at North Strathfield office
- Ensuring technology platform and hardware system uptime meets SLAs
- Managing ServiceNow tickets through to resolution and fulfillment
- Reviewing customer feedback and concerns and seeking to improve the customer experience
- Always maintaining ongoing excellent service support to customers

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Minimum 5 years of customer facing service experience
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technology certifications will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong documentation creation skills
- Strong focus on user training and coaching of technology products and services
- Strong people and prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- An aptitude for acquiring new technology skills and an eagerness to learn about all technology products and devices
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments and training schedule
