**About the roles**:

- We have a unique opportunity for a Procurement Technology Manager to join our team at Ventia reporting to the Head of Enablement in our Group Supply Chain function.- This position will lead a team working across the Ventia business through management and coordination of all activities associated with the technologies and operational procedures supporting supplier and sub-contractor spend.- You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction through recommendations to overall day to day effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement, identification and planning for future technology.- This position offers hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. Base from our beautiful North Sydney NSW Corporate head office or options to base from Melbourne and Brisbane or others to be considered for the right applicant.**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver ongoing spend management capabilities including provision of oversight, management and enhancement for the Ventia procurement system.
- Oversee the support function and driving corrective action.
- Setling and adherence to performance standards established in order to manage overall response time to end-users and suppliers.
- Key driver for desktop environment requirements and capabilities within the Group Supply Chain team.
- Collaborate with business process and technology owners, software vendors, shared services partners and the vendor community to define key business process and system functionality to support business needs.

**About You**:

- Well developed communication, leadership and collaborative working skillset.
- Change management experience within a complex procurement environment.
- Strategic mindset and ability to problem solve with a high degree of commercial acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement systems and process with exposure to the Ariba platform.
