Bookkeeper & Office Manager

Fontis is a leading eCommerce agency in Melbourne, looking for a highly organised and detail focused bookkeeper/office manager to join the team in our office. You will be responsible for basic bookkeeping duties, communicating with external service providers, and supporting management in general administrative tasks.

Your duties will include:

- Bookkeeping - reconciling bank accounts, processing invoices and receipts, running monthly reports, etc
- Office management - coordinating office maintenance and service providers, liaising with building management, etc
- Various other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Salary**: $30 per hour
- Must be available to work between 4 and 8 hours most weeks
