**Internal Sales and Admin Coordinator**

Located in Virginia, on Brisbane’s north side, we are a privately owned company established in 1987, manufacturing and marketing our own extensive range of products for several industry sectors.

An exciting opportunity has developed for a dedicated team member looking to build a rewarding career. This is a unique opportunity to learn several facets of the business gaining valuable and transferable skill sets spanning general admin to customer service, sales & marketing.

**Responsibilities - Internal Sales**:

- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries/ basic quotes
- Internal Sales Order Entry
- Assist with marketing activities & social media updates
- Build and maintain relationships with customers

**Responsibilities - Admin Coordinator**:

- General purchasing - stocks & consumables
- Processing of orders & stock entry/adjustments
- Process customer order deliveries/invoicing
- Systems database maintenance - housekeeping
- Provide general admin support to other departments as needed

**Technical Skills**:

- Well rounded PC based competencies
- Must have - Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel/Outlook)
- Optional - Computer design skills (DTP/CAD)

**This is a comprehensive role with lots to learn. Suitable training will be given within a supportive team environment.**

Immediate start available: Mon to Fri 38hr week.

Permanent full time role after qualifying period.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- admin/stores/product sales: 1 year (preferred)
