We are seeking a talented UX Designer (IU) to join a rapidly growing telecommunications organisation with a great team and company culture. This a great opportunity for an UX Designer who is passionate about crafting amazing user experiences and possess the skills in user experience prototyping and wireframing.

**Key responsibilities**
- Utilise your expertise in user experience prototyping and wireframing to create innovative and intuitive designs that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve usability issues during the design process, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Utilise website analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure engagement and conversion rates, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Be approachable, responsive, and open to ideas, encouraging input from team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Proactively provide recommendations and suggestions to improve the user experience, leveraging your expertise to contribute valuable insights.
- Deliver high-quality work in a timely manner, aiming to exceed expectations and meet deadlines consistently.
- Maintain proactive communication by reaching out to clarify any questions or concerns, avoiding unnecessary delays and ensuring alignment with the business owner

**Key skills**
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on user experience prototyping and wireframing.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- An acute attention to detail and a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Proficiency in UX design tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to improve and optimise the user experience.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
