We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Master Planned Communities Development team in Melbourne.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
This role has become available due to business growth. We currently have multiple opportunities across our national portfolio.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this role will be responsible for considering and driving strategy including capital partner relationships, significant stakeholder relationship management, and as a result will contribute to the procurement, scope and delivery of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**- Actively manage projects from conception to completion;-
- Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships;-
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects;-
- Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level-
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.**About You**- Experience within multi-disciplinary teams with an adaptive collaborative style-
- Project, planning, cost and risk management expertise-
- Development management expertise in residential land or similar-
- Exceptional stakeholder’s management and influencing skills;-
- Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management-
- Customer centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making-
- Self-motivated and results focused-
