**About the company**:
Our client is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team in their fast-paced Perth store where you will deliver operational excellence and smash targets

The brand is a well known premium retailer specialising in apparel and footwear. You will be working with an exceptional, highly experienced, and supportive Senior team. With a huge range of international sporting brands, stocking all the latest in trainers and apparel, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

**About the role**:

- Train, mentor and coach team members to exceed set targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service whilst managing daily duties in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and inspire the team on the shop floor and back of house to ensure that all operational tasks are completed
- Proactive approach and confident understanding in loss prevention management and stock management processes
- Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and expectations

**What you can bring**:

- An experienced Store Manager who can lead a team of 15+ (sports background is preferred but not essential)
- Previous exposure in a Outlet or Flagship store is advantageous
- Experience in training, coaching and developing team members
- You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
- Prior experience at effectively managing rosters and wage control
- Passion for sporting lifestyle and up to date with the latest sporting trends
