**The Company**

One of the largest sportswear manufacturers in the world, specialising in designing and creating athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories. Their innovative designs and products are created from combining their unique heritage in sports with high credibility in the latest lifestyle trends.

**The Role**

As a Store Manager, you will be motivating an energetic and ambitious team of 15+, in their flagship outlet store at the West Perth. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to achieve the store's sales and kpi targets. Continuously coach your team and develop your leadership support, consisting of an Assistant Manager, Third In Charge and 3 Department Supervisors. Maintain store standards, stock management and visual merchandising.
