**More About the Opportunity**:
We’re excited to offer a **new part-time opportunity** at our **Service Centre in Geebung**, Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team environment.

Working **20 hours per week**, your core days will be **Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday within school hours**. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of jewellery repairs - from booking and tracking to invoicing and dispatch - ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily booking and data entry of repairs from our retail stores with a focus on accuracy and lead times.
- Performing quality checks on completed repairs.
- Sending repair quotes to stores and tracking approvals. Following up on expected job completions.
- Building strong relationships with stores, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Invoicing and packing completed repairs for return to stores.
