**Your new employer**

Just Coordination of Supports (Just COS) provides _only_ Support Coordination services - Level 2 and Level 3. We are looking for a passionate, self-directed person to join our small team.

**Your new role**

A Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting NDIS participants and their support network to navigate the NDIS, understand their NDIS plans, and support them to connect with local providers and community-based programs. As a Support Coordinator, you will deliver high-quality transition support for people living with varying circumstances and levels of complexity, you will support them to build their capacity, independence and exercise their choice and control.

**Your experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant qualification and/or experience working within the disability sector and;
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the disability sector
- Experience in reading, understanding and implementing NDIS plans
- Experience in connecting participants to services using a person centered approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships
- Current driver's license, reliable car and willingness to travel to clients where required
- High level of stress resilience and emotional intelligence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and use initiative
- High level of organisational skills, and excellent time management skills, to work independently and manage own caseload
- Excellent IT, administrative and report writing skills
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate and mediate, and strong ability to solve problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
