We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Project Officer at Monash Health Dental Services. We are looking for an experienced researcher ready to step up to a rewarding and important leadership role

This position is an exceptional opportunity to obtain a key leadership position at Monash Health Dental Services. As the Clinical project officer for MHDS you will be key to driving the innovative research projects to reshape the service.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be leading a highly motivated team of oral health therapists and nurses in Smile Squad program. You will liaise with clients, families and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative projects.

**About You
Skills and Experience:

- Have a high level of skills in all areas of research and project management
- Have experience in working with marginalised population groups
- Have a number of publications in peer reviewed journals
- Proven experience of management and supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in writing submissions for award and funding submissions
- In depth understanding of public health principles
- Be committed in ongoing clinical excellence
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement

- Working with children's check
- Police check
- Previous project management and research experience in public dental program.
