Here at Lion, we are shaping the future of our Supply Chain Management Team— and we’re looking for 2 x **Integrated Demand Planners** to join us in these newly created positions One vacancy is a Permanent Full Time position, and one is a 6-month Fixed Term Full Time position.

Working in a team of 5 and reporting to the Head of Demand Planning, you'll be the vital link between Sales and Supply, driving smarter & precise forecasting, optimising inventory, and unlocking new supply chain potential across the Australian market. This position will be based in our Sydney CBD office, and we offer a hybrid working model, which is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and own the 12-month demand plan, blending data, market insights, and customer intelligence.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with big-picture business goals.
- Lead scenario planning and strategies to enhance productivity, boost efficiency, and delight customers.
- Drive the S&OP / ITP process, manage risks, and collaborate directly with customers to enrich forecasts.
- Challenge the status quo — improving tools, processes, and ways of working for a stronger, smarter supply chain.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years' experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain (FMCG &/or Customer experience a bonus).
- Sharp analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and a knack for making complex data actionable.
- Expertise with SAP IBP/APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis, or similar planning tools.
- Big-picture thinking with an eye for detail — and a passion for making an impact.
