Our client is a leading name in global energy production, who excel and pride themselves on producing quality energy equipment to a wide range of industries. They manufacturer, design, produce and distribute diesel and gas generators, air compressors, lighting towers, as well as providing sales, after-sales, and warranty support.

In this role will be interacting directly with project and process engineers, maintenance and tradespeople, as well as a wide range of customers and suppliers. Having a background in mechanical engineering and/or experience as an electrician will be highly regarded.

This role is 3 days per week - 9am to 5:30pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Conduct multiple tasks with varying deadlines with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Assist with ongoing projects, action standard operational procedures.
- Liaise with other Warranty team members to track the status of tasks, ensure communication with our clients is maintained and actioned in a timely manner in fulfillment of KPI's.
- Resolve complex warranty issues by implementing guidelines from start to finish, provide regular reports to Directors and other team members.
- Engage with clients making warranty claims and triage problems until service/spare parts are able to be delivered, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.
- Engage with external sub-contractors to carry out on-site maintenance/repairs, including issuing purchase orders and reviewing costs.
- Have proven experience in client relationship management.
- Complete reports on time, covering critical information necessary for management and head office.
- Occasionally be required to travel with our Sales team.
- Other duties assigned by managers from time to time.
- Forklift licence with experience is essential for forklift operation.

- The ability to analyse and plan to account for any changes in stock ahead of time and be able to convey same to other Departments.
- A keen attention to detail to be able to action changes as and when they occur.
- The ability to work in a team, both within the Warehouse and other departments.

The company provides lunches every Wednesday as well as casual Fridays, in addition to functions throughout the year for events such as staff birthdays, Easter, Melbourne Cup and Christmas.
