**Role Overview**

As our Content Creator / Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand's digital narrative. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Content Development**: Crafting compelling content for social media, websites, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
- **Campaign Management**: Designing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- **On-Site Engagement**: Visiting various venues to capture authentic experiences, requiring a valid driver's license.
- **Autonomous Execution**: Managing projects independently, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality visual and written content for multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Collaborate with venue managers to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of successful content creation and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations.
