**About the role**
In this role, you will work closely with internal communications and marketing units to manage the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy to grow awareness, increase engagement and build audiences for our region’s dynamic and diverse creative and cultural offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Take a data driven, community focused and creative approach to content creation to tell the creative and cultural stories of our region enhancing Geelong’s brand as a creative City.
- Review, manage and evaluate Arts Geelong’s online presence, including website, providing recommendations to increase engagement and build audiences.
- Collect and collate analytics and statistical data to monitor and improve engagement and report regularly on audience growth/reach, and other relevant KPI’s across the digital channels to guide program and promotional decision making.
- Work in collaboration with internal communications and marketing units and a range of stakeholders, to develop, deliver and evaluate an integrated marketing strategy which includes public relations, advertising, digital and social media campaigns to grow awareness of arts and cultural development projects, programs, events and services.
- Identify, establish, and develop strategic marketing and programming partnerships with key external stakeholders to better promote the region’s dynamic and diverse creative and cultural offerings.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with the local creative and cultural sector, internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain industry networks.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have a Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arts and Cultural Management or related discipline.

Essential Experience:

- Demonstrated knowledge of diverse and contemporary marketing platforms and approaches.
- Demonstrated achievement and innovation working in marketing, content creation, communications and social media including experience in website management and competency in digital marketing, social media and analytics.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills including the ability to write in different styles dependent upon the medium and the audience.
- Demonstrated project management skills and capacity to work effectively to deadlines within a small busy team, displaying high levels of attention to detail.
