My client delivers an outstanding product offer to their customers along with outstanding customer experiences. They are one of the largest players in the liquor retail environment for the past 20 years with 1300+ stores nationally, and they do a great job Customers are at the heart of everything they do.

**The Role**:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your business, manage your stock and develop your team to allow you to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, inspire and develop a new team
- Create and maintain a great store culture around customer engagement
- Solution focused and autonomous role
- Strong team player with a can do approach
- Understand the local market and grow the brand
- Full accountability of store standards, team development and results
