This role offers the chance to contribute to the world’s largest bulk export port authority, covering multiple operational and future port sites including Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites.

As a team member within the People and Capability team with a business area portfolio to oversee, the position focuses on delivering integrated injury management through proactive case handling, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include driving return-to-work outcomes, ensuring legislative and ISO compliance, building manager capability in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and supporting broader initiatives in diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement.

About You

Your knowledge in formal employee relations, including working knowledge of Fair Work Act, workers compensation and injury management legislation will contribute to your success in this role.
