We are looking for a Personal banker/lending specialist to join our client immediately. Our client is a well-established institute that provides excellent service to its members with a range of personal banking services, including mortgage facilities, insurance, consumer loans, credit loans together with everyday banking services. Location: Puckapunyal, affectionately known as Pucka is based 12 km from Seymour.

Our client is a well-established institute that provides excellent service to its members with a range of personal banking services, including mortgage facilities, insurance, consumer loans, credit loans together with everyday banking services.

Location: Puckapunyal, affectionately known as Pucka is based 12 km from Seymour.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Providing end to end banking services
- Servicing customers
- Engaging and providing information to the community, clients and prospective clients
- Building relationships with prospective clients, making inbound/outbound calls to engage
- Educating customers to use technology and technology-based services
- Be able to work 5 days on site
- Be an effective communicator
- Be customer focused
- Have previous experience in Banking / retail or in customer interactive role
- Be tech savvy
