Infinity Community Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our Therapeutic Residential Care team in Brisbane, QLD or Adelaide, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision and support across our residential care teams, ensuring the highest standard of care and positive outcomes for our clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance relating to the provision of support to clients in residential care
- Clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to staff to enhance their skills and professional development
- Lead and manage clinical complex cases and incidents including advice, responses, plans, resources, strategies, and oversight
- Develop and implement therapeutic intervention plans when required for clients residing in our residential care facilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care and support for our clients
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our residential care services

**Who we are looking for**
- Master's degree in psychology or social work
- Significant experience (5+ years) working in a Clinical Lead within a therapeutic residential care setting
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for vulnerable clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage and support a team of residential care staff
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW) and ability to work autonomously
- Right to work in Australia, current drivers’ licence (provisional or above)

Infinity Community Solutions’ work with children, young people, and families to identify and address therapeutic needs, as well as to support a transition to family-based care settings. Our multi-disciplinary teams include Care Practitioners, Residential Coordinators, Therapeutic Intervention Workers, Program Managers and General Managers.
