
E-commerce Customer Service Officer

POSITION
Reporting to the Melbourne Boutique Manager, the E-Commerce Customer Service Officer will be based in the Melbourne Boutique back office and be responsible for meeting individual and E-commerce sales targets and providing an exceptional level of online client service at all times.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
In addition to maximising sales opportunities and developing potential clients, you will be:
- Storytelling/client experience: bringing emotion, surprise, and culture to the client.
- Replying to comments on social media, Google reviews etc.
- Managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Assisting customers with phone/online orders and after-sales service issues.
- Looking after waitlist, pre-orders, and orders and liaising with the logistics team.
- Following up on orders and liaising with customers, retail, repair services etc.
- Following up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Working and communicating closely with the Boutique Manager and Senior Ecommerce Specialist to drive key promotions and report back on products on customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Achieving sales targets andbuilding greater product and brand awareness for customers.
- Maintaining and updating regular client correspondence.
- Keeping abreast with products and selling strategies by attending all training programs and courses arranged by the company.
- Demonstrating a certain level of flexibility and adaptability with the roster i.e. change in hours/days etc.
- Developing collaborative, positive working relationships with team members at the boutique.
- Being a strong team player: ad hoc assist the boutique in sales and customer service during extreme peak periods.
- Collaboratively working with the management and keeping them informed with new ideas to improve everyday business in the E-commerce channel.
- Respecting, supporting and working efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and upholding the brand image of TAG Heuer.
- Well-presented and groomed at all times.
