**About the role**
Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Director, this newly created role will create content (both organic and paid) that drives growth, reach, engagement and ultimately audience/donor acquisition across FightMND’s digital channels. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering digital content plans to drive growth across key business areas;
- Managing and delivering marketing and communications plans for the Big Freeze, including promotional activity and content that leverages their channels, ambassadors, partners and influencers;
- Managing stakeholders and external suppliers;
- Creating and managing paid social media campaigns with a focus on optimisation and lead generation;
- Producing engaging content alongside the Graphic Designer across channels;
- Managing the EDM and content calendar;
- Evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities and improvements; and
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
- Please note outside of hours work will be required during campaign periods. _

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar fields.
- A minimum of two years+ experience in digital marketing/marketing related roles is essential with a proven track record in creating digital content.
- A background in agency or sport preferred.
- An in-depth understanding of digital trends and industry best practices.
- A positive can-do, roll up your sleeves attitude.
