An exciting opportunity exists to join Buller Ski Lifts as a Digital Marketing Executive. Our business is looking to expand it's digital reach through the various online platforms, and in doing so we are looking for someone with a passion and flair for Digital Marketing to come on board.

**About the opportunity**
The Digital Marketing Executive’s role is primarily to drive awareness of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, as well as Buller Ski Lift’s suite of sub brands managing the development and implementation of the Company's digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the execution, quality, and performance of outputs across digital marketing channels and identify new opportunities, in partnership with the sales, marketing and communications teams to aid in increasing customer awareness, engagement and revenue.

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and creativity and thrives on working autonomously (and as a close-knit team) to deliver results and guide the direction of Mt Buller’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities include : *
- Project manage web development including micro sites and campaign landing pages.
- Manipulate and interpret data from multiple sources such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Surveys, and CRM / CPD
- Drive tangible business outcomes and innovation
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with agency

This role is perfect for a digital star passionate about Digital Media and Communications with excellent internal stakeholder management and project management skills as you will be required to work cross-functionally across several departments. Through your previous experience, you will be able to demonstrate successful results that will impact the growth of our business.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business-related discipline
- 5+ years hands on digital experience across all digital platforms
- Previous experience in a similar B2C digital marketing role
- Abreast of latest trends, insights and emerging technologies to ensure Mt Buller is at the forefront.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts & strategy
- Basic experience in coding (HTML, JavaScript), queries, analytics, and data transformation
