**PERSOLKELLY** are currently looking for **_Senior Payroll Officers_**_ _to join our client site in Milton. This role is Monday to Friday

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
You will be based in Milton working with Australia's leading total waste management, industrial and environmental services company. Our client has served Australia for over 50 years, delivering solutions that offer extraordinary benefits not just for our customers, but for the communities and environment we live in.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation and company image
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employees
- Provide support to managers, supervisors and administrators on payroll related costs
- Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation
- Continually review and recommend processes to increase efficiencies
- Awareness of decisions made in this role on a daily basis and how they contribute to the enterprise collective performance

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Provide support to managers, supervisors and administrators on payroll related costs
- Ensure compliance industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Assets
- Continually review and recommend processes to increase efficiencies
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee related personal information

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in a multi-site and multi agreement payroll environment
- Proven ability to interpret industrial instruments
- Proven excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels within the organisation
- Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements
