We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, people-first **Club Manager** with a strong background in sales, leadership, and community building to lead the operations of a thriving fitness club in Melbourne's West.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and a small casual team, with the tools, training and backing to genuinely enjoy your work and grow your career.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Take ownership of club performance
- Convert enquiries into members through confident communication and a passion for building relationships
- Manage the complete member journey with care, speed and accuracy
- Mentor and motivate your team - leading from the front, always
- Create a clean, welcoming and inclusive club environment
- Complete administrative duties and confidently manage systems and member records
- Champion a culture that supports physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have**:

- Proven experience in sales, leadership, or club management (fitness experience an advantage)
- Strong admin and organisational skills - you know how to handle high-volume calls and database work
- Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
- A growth mindset and willingness to take on feedback
- A natural ability to lead and inspire those around you
- Hunger to hit and exceed KPIs each month

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Working with Children Check
- Driver’s licence
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
