That’s why we are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable powered, free, EV charging stations to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable.

**About the role**

This role is ideal for an entry-mid level TA or Recruitment consultant who is well organised and comfortable with interviewing.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conducting initial phone screens for multiple roles across different time zones
- Tracking recruitment progress with reporting support

**About you**:

- 1-3 years experience in HR or Recruitment
- Experience with ATS systems (we use Lever)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to pick up the phone and engage with our future employees
- A passion for green energy and a sustainable future
- Knowledge of EVs, renewables, media, infrastructure, and/or construction, would be valuable
