Are you ready to make a significant impact in the digital health sector? Our client, a major government agency within Sydney, is seeking a talented Change Manager to lead transformation and innovation within the Digital Programs and Engagement Division.

**About the Division**:
The Digital Programs and Engagement Division plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption and usability of digital health solutions across industry, government, and jurisdictions. We lead the delivery of digital programs, ensuring they align seamlessly with our planning and budgeting processes through our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.

**Primary Purpose of Position**:
As a Change Manager, you will spearhead change management activities to support our strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include crafting and executing change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption, and nurturing crucial internal stakeholder relationships to ensure a smooth transition.

**Essential Requirements**:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the potential for a higher clearance as needed by the Agency.

Ability to obtain and maintain a national police check. Australian Citizenship is a must.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, social science, communications, business management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is desirable.

Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and assessing change management requirements.

Proven ability in building and maintaining essential stakeholder relationships.

Excellent organizational skills to manage change initiatives effectively.
