We are growing and currently looking for a Cardiac Sonographer (echocardiography) to join the Advara HeartCare satellite non-invasive testing (NIT) services team in New South Wales. In this role you will deliver a patient-centric satellite echocardiogram service throughout metro and regional NSW. As an integral part of the National Non-Invasive Testing (NNIT) team, this is a unique and exciting opportunity. This is your chance to be at the forefront of innovation and impact in the dynamic landscape of cardiac healthcare. **What you’ll do**: - Offer a tertiary-level echo service in a range of clinical settings throughout Victoria using a state-of-the-art portable US unit and CLOUD based technology. - Work with the NNIT team to grow NIT services in and around NSW. - Build productive and effective working relationships with satellite partners. **Who you are**: - You have a post graduate qualification in the field of cardiac ultrasound and current registration with Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR). - Confidently undertake best practice delivery of a wide range of echocardiography procedures in a variety of clinical settings independently. - Be highly mobile; you’ll travel (drive and fly) and spend nights away to build a reliable, patient-centric service throughout NSW. - Embrace fluidity and flexibility in your working week to optimise non-invasive testing service delivery across metro, regional and remote sites. - Hold a current Australian drivers license. **What’s in it for you**: - Competitive compensation package up to $150,000 featuring substantial quarterly bonuses. - Flexible work conditions; you will have autonomy over the NSW satellite sites in your region. - Be supported to develop skills in business development, planning, leadership, and management. - Work with Australia’s largest multi-disciplinary cardiology network to provide greater access to non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing at the primary health care level. - Work with a values-oriented organisation in a heavily patient focused environment. - Purchase additional annual leave as part of our annual leave scheme - Range of benefits such as 12 weeks paid parental leave. **Who we are**: We are a team of over 700 highly trained and passionate healthcare professionals, innovative support staff and leaders across 80 locations in Australia.
