**Responsibilities**:
Are you great at being organised and organising other people?

A company that specialise in the installation of timber flooring throughout South-East Queensland are looking to take on a new scheduling assistant to join their team.

**Your role will involve**:

- Assist with stock control
- Data entry
- Assist with logistics for co-ordination of multiple daily timber deliveries
- Manage subcontractor contracts
- Manage job and delivery sheets
- Assist the scheduling manager as directed.

This is a customer service/administration role where you will be in regular communication with customers, both internal and external, building site supervisors, construction managers, and other trades in order to ensure material and man power are available to complete the work.

Your areas of work are across Brisbane, Southern Suburbs and Gold Coast region.

This is a combination of work from home and office based role, 2 days in the office (W,T) and 3 days work from home (M,T,F), so their is flexible working arrangement available.

Your hours will be from 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- 3 years experience in administration
- Experience with logistics from Gold Coast through to Sunshine Coast would be beneficial
- Well organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Work effectively under pressure
- Experience in the building and construction industry is highly regarded
