SSKB, a privately owned strata/body corporate management company, is currently recruiting for our equivalent of an administration assistant, an Assistant Community Manager in our Maroochydore office. This is a crucial role working alongside a Community Manager providing administrative tasks for a portfolio of clients.

**The Position**

You will assist a Community Manager in managing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates and have a variety of responsibilities including:

- Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes
- Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
- Attendance at some meetings
- Managing diaries and schedules
- Establishing strong client relationships
