Overview

Are you looking for a role where you can provide administration support, assist production operations, and deliver exceptional customer service?

Our Maroochydore branch supplies aluminium windows and doors to both the residential and commercial construction markets. We are now looking for a motivated Production Assistant to play a key role in coordinating product flow to meet manufacturing and customer needs.

The Role

This is an admin and customer service-focused role, supporting the production team and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Assist with production planning, ordering, and scheduling
  • Keep supply on track to meet manufacturing and customer deadlines
  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service (phone and email)
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
About You
  • Friendly and professional phone manner with strong people skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, adaptable, and a team player with a proactive attitude
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with V6 or Oracle systems (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
