**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage and delegate day-to-day activities for the team.
- Manage performance of other team members.
- Ensure the team are up to date with the latest information.
- Act as the first escalation point for Customer Service queries, achieving best outcomes for internal & external stakeholders.
- Provide daily support to individual team members, supporting them with queries and challenges posed by external & internal customers
- Manage inbound and outbound phone and online enquiries.

- Good experience as a customer service team leader or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated customer service focus and solution orientated approach.
- Ability to maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
