- Specialises in construction / infrastructure / commercial law
- $120,000 to $170,000 +
Opening for a Senior Associate who is a specialist in the insolvency and litigation space. Ideally, you are a commercial litigator who can run a team and manage matters from inception to finish but in a collaborative manner.
This position would suit the right lawyer who has 4 years + PQE in complex, commercial, insolvency and litigation matters and wants to enjoy a better work-life balance in a boutique / collaborative environment.

**The range of work you can expect day to day**:
- Bankruptcy
- Commercial Litigation
- Insolvency and restructuring matters
- Debt recovery
- Security and guarantee enforcement
- Personal Property Securities law
- Mortgages and real property
- Advice to directors, corporates and individuals
- Sales, purchases and assignments
- Drafting, negotiation and settlement of transactions and financing arrangements
- Corporations, trusts and special purpose vehicles
- Retainer letters and supply agreements
**What we are seeking**:
- 5 years + PQE within commercial law, litigation and insolvency-restructuring
- Demonstrated experience in insolvency and litigation space.
- Ability to manage a team and run matters from start to finish.
- Humble nature but desire to succeed and deliver the best outcomes for clients and the firm.
