**The Role**
***
A full-time, permanent role for an experienced general Commercial/Corporate Litigator.
You will have access to a juicy and diverse caseload ranging from complex, large-value commercial disputes to insolvency matters.
Interesting parts of the role ask you for drafting clever and accurate court documents, identifying key issues, understanding what evidentiary solutions must be formulated and applied to address those issues, and brief and instruct appropriate counsel.
Expect to be working with highly sophisticated corporate clients, which are mainly publicly listed. Ergo, you must be experienced in liaising directly with such sophisticated clients and their relevant stakeholders.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years PAE exclusively in general Commercial/Corporate Litigation in reputable Sydney CBD-based firms known for their prowess in litigation
- Detail-oriented and committed to your work
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills, ability to function autonomously and in a team, ability to take directives and implement constructive feedback
