Employee Relations Specialist

And we need an ER Specialist to support us on our journey.

We’re proud to support our customers who provide essential services to keep the community safe, healthy and well. Whether that’s keeping the water running, the heating and cooling on, maintaining refrigeration or supporting our infrastructure.

**About the Role**

**About you**
- At least five years relevant experience within employee relations - this could be gained as an Employee Relations Specialist or in a more generalist HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER matters, including managing formal complaints, conducting ER investigations and preparing investigation reports.
- Experience in drafting employer submissions for employment-related claims and undertaking conciliation conferences;
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult, influence and negotiate, including building capability across our teams through tailored in-house training
- A mature and highly skilled approach to effective conflict management.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, ER, Employment Law or relevant field.
