**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are seeking Home Care Workers to support our (primarily Aged) clients living at home in Northern Suburbs.
- This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our clients by enabling them to live independently at home.
- Home Care Workers are responsible for:

- Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team
- Flexible working days and hours
- Mobile phone
- Paid travel time & kilometre allowance
- Mercy Health Benefits - Salary Packaging
- Casual work is currently available Monday to Friday. Where possible, successful applicants will be rostered to a geographic region to aim to limit travel.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- If you are looking to enter or return to the workforce, seeking a career change, wanting to supplement your income and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people in your local community we are keen to hear from you
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Current First Aid Level 2 (HLTAID003) Certificate
- Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
