About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Home Care Worker, you’ll create cherished moments each day.

You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.- Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team- Flexible working hours- Mobile phone- Opportunity to work close to home

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.- Have your own car with a valid drivers licence

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability- First Aid Certificate (Level 2)- NDIS workers screening check- NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate- Drivers License- Car Insurance and Registration- Workers Rights
