Servicing nationwide projects, we have branch facilities located in NSW, WA & QLD; with our workshop located in Salisbury, Brisbane.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and professional Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of skilled workshop fabricators, tradesmen and apprentices. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager - Manufacturing, this is an exciting, challenging, and dynamic role in an ever-changing industry within a rapidly growing company.

As the Workshop Supervisor you are accountable for:

- Leading the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
- Leading a team of competent tradesman, ensuring their various skillsets are utilised to get the best out of the team
- Accurately planning jobs within the workshop and reviewing all job requests
- Ensuring customer service excellence is delivered
- Understanding site requirements throughout the project life cycle
- Managing resourcing levels and the performance of the team
- Completion of all documentation relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, QA reports and other required information

**About You**

To be successful in this position, ideally, you will:

- Possess a Trade qualification in the fabrication field
- Have experience in leading a team and proven success in this field
- Be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Be able to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy & fast-paced environment
- Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise
- Have a positive attitude with hard work ethic
- Possess a willingness to providing hands on support to the team during busy periods
- Be able to work alongside engineering/QA disciplines
- Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with:

- CSWIP or Cert 10 advantageous but not essential
- CNC plasma operations an advantage however not a requirement
