**Position Summary**
We are currently looking for Full-Time employees to join our growing Clothing Production team at our R.M.Williams Workshop in Salisbury, Adelaide.

This role is responsible for supporting our Clothing department in producing quality clothing garments and gaining an understanding of R.M.Williams products and processes.

There is a strong focus on safety and on the job training for this role, with abilities to be able to work with your hands and within a team environment.

We are looking for the next generation of craftspeople who are enthusiastic, task orientated and reliable. You will need to be good with your hands, ready to learn and have a good attitude to work.

Applicants will be required to be flexible with working hours. Currently there are two shifts - day shift and afternoon shift, with **hours varying across 6:00am to 12:00am.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving production KPI’s
- Working collaboratively within the team
- Ensuring boots are made to correct specifications
- Understands and follows all safe work procedures
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Visually inspects product for quality
- Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
- General housekeeping duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Experience in machines operations preferred
- Have the ability to work in a team environment & follow directions
- Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Be physically fit & motivated to undertake manual & repetitive tasks
- Be a dedicated worker, punctual and flexibility to do overtime when required
- Great hand eye coordination
- Enjoy working with their hands
